Shipping Time and Cost
After successful payment and order confirmation, you will receive an estimated delivery time and shipping cost on your order confirmation page. An order confirmation message will also outline the estimated processing time.
Our warehouse will require 1-3 days to process your order. You’ll be notified once your order is shipped. A shipment notification will provide you with the estimated delivery time for each package upon shipment. Additionally, we will supply you with the tracking number when ready. This estimated delivery time can also be viewed under each package in your order history.
While your order is generally expected to arrive within the estimated delivery time, please note that the actual delivery date may be influenced by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and external factors. Refer to the tracking information for the most current delivery date.
Change of Address
Please be advised that we are unable to modify the delivery address once an order is in transit. If you require an address change, kindly contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at [email protected].
Multiple Addresses

Incorrect Address

Delays
While we aim to ensure timely deliveries, there may be instances of delay. We will promptly inform you if the order encounters a delay exceeding 11 business days.

Parcels Damaged in Transit
